Implementation

A good go-live starts with a clear picture of how your business runs. We map your processes, agree what the Oracle application should do out of the box and where it should differ, and configure to that design. We implement Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP, SCM, HCM and CX), E-Business Suite, Siebel, Responsys, Eloqua and the Oracle platform services that connect them. Data migration, integrations, reporting and user training belong in the plan from the start, not at the end.

Consulting

Consulting is where we help you decide before you build. It might be a roadmap for moving from E-Business Suite or RightNow to Fusion, a review of how well you use the Oracle application you already own, an architecture for connecting your systems, or a view on where AI will pay back and where it will not. You get a clear recommendation from our Oracle consultants, with the trade-offs explained, that your team can take to its own leadership.

Managed services

Oracle applications keep changing after go-live. Fusion receives quarterly updates, E-Business Suite needs patching, and your business keeps asking for more. Our managed services cover production support, quarterly update testing, patching, monitoring and continuous improvement, delivered by people who know your configuration rather than a queue of strangers.

Project management

We plan and run the work so that resources, timelines and tasks are clear to everyone. You see progress against scope, and you see risks and decisions as they arise, so surprises come early, when they are cheap to fix.

Migration

We move you from one Oracle platform to another with a plan that covers data, integrations, testing and people. For RightNow customers that means migrating to Fusion Service with RAMP, a reconciled data migration and a full test plan. For E-Business Suite we handle upgrades, and we move work to Fusion where that is the right answer for you.

Accelerators

Accelerators are the connectors and starting points that save weeks. They include smart connectors for integration, and our own AI innovations such as HelixAIQ, InsightAIQ and NexusAIQ, so that you start from something that already works.

What you can expect from us

Plain-English documents rather than jargon. Named people who stay on your engagement. Honest advice, including when the answer is that you do not need something. Risks raised early and in writing. And a handover that leaves your team able to run what we built. The aim is that you could manage without us after go-live if you chose to, and that you choose not to because the service is good.

How engagements are structured

Some work suits a fixed scope, such as an upgrade, a migration or a defined integration. Some suits a team that works with you over time, and some is better as a managed service with an agreed level of support. We recommend the shape that matches the risk and the uncertainty, and we say so if a different one would serve you better.

How we work

Most engagements share a shape. We start by understanding the process and the people who run it. We design with you, so nothing surprises your team at go-live. We build and configure in short steps, so you see working software early. We test against your real scenarios, not only the standard ones. After go-live we stay close through the first weeks, and agree how support will run from then on.

Where AI fits

We add AI to the Oracle you already run, not in place of it. For Fusion that means Oracle's own agents, fitted to your process, plus tools such as HelixAIQ and InsightAIQ.
